Ways to stay motivated when you’re studying online

Want to Feed an Webpage which doesn’t have RSS? Monitor it!

As part of my work, I need to check whether there comes a new policy or notifications from Agriculture Dept.

After having kept checking the page daily for 30+ days, I just came up with an idea — try to Feed it?

Firstly, I tried to find sth. that can make a Static-Website into an RSS-Feed.

But the page I need to tracking contains Chinese Characters, almost all the tools not works well.

Then, I came up with another idea — Instead of Feed it, maybe there’s a way to monitor its changes?

So I searched and found the following site:

And a Software:

http://www.urlywarning.net/free_download.htm

I’ve tried and they both works well!

If you are also looking for sth relating, hope this post helps. 🙂
